Associate CoachI’m a certified divorce coach with counsellor training, and I bring both practical guidance and emotional insight to my coaching. I help my clients to navigate the challenges of relationship breakdown with dignity and support, empowering them to approach each step with confidence.
I collaborate closely with my clients to provide guidance across all aspects of divorce and separation, ensuring they feel in control and focused on their ultimate goals. Together, we break down this challenging journey into manageable, achievable objectives, allowing for the creation of a new chapter that aligns with personal core beliefs and values. I also support clients to co-parent effectively and prioritise their children’s emotional needs as a critical part of this process.
Drawing from my own experiences, I truly understand the profound emotional and physical toll this process can take. The worries surrounding legal matters, finances, conflicts with an ex-partner, and the wellbeing of children can weigh heavily, and the right support is vital.

I am an Associate member of the Association of Coaching and have completed Co-Active Professional Coach Training with CTI, which is recognised as a global gold standard in coach training.
